1. Overview and Controller
What this is about
Flux Log is a local app: your time entries and credentials are stored exclusively on your device. There are no Robware servers, no cloud synchronization, no analytics services, and no ads. The only network connection the app makes is to the JIRA instance you configure yourself.
Controller
The controller responsible for data processing is: Robware, owner Robin Wichmann, Hauptstr. 58c, 21640 Bliedersdorf, Germany. E-mail: kontakt@robware.de
2. What Data the App Processes
JIRA credentials
To connect to your JIRA instance, the app stores your server address, e-mail address or username, and your API token or password. API tokens and passwords are stored exclusively encrypted in your device's iOS Keychain.
Time entries
Tracked times (ticket number, ticket title, project, start and end time, optional comments, synchronization status) are stored locally in the app's database on your device.
Legal basis
Processing is carried out to provide the app's features on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
3. Transmission to Your JIRA Instance
When you book a time entry, the app transmits the worklog (ticket, duration, time, comment) to the JIRA instance you configured; sign-in uses the credentials you stored there. Depending on your configuration, that is Atlassian Cloud or a server run by your company. The operator of the JIRA instance is responsible for processing the data there (e.g. your employer or Atlassian); their privacy policies apply. The app does not pass data to any other recipients.
4. Storage Period and Deletion
All local data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. Worklogs booked in JIRA can be viewed, changed, or deleted directly in JIRA.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access to the personal data concerning you (Art. 15), the right to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
